#85 eastern Cross

I was working with this fancy blue patterned paper and using spray paint to diminish the power of the pattern.  I also had a collection of circular rings that I had cut and saved and decided to create a chain. The spray painted masking tape, when assembled as a cross, became an entirely different material.  The touches of the fancy patterned paper add elegance.  Quite by surprise, the final piece had a nineteenth century Far Eastern feel to it.
