#51 Mirrored cross

When this piece was finished the idea of “smoke and mirrors” came to mind.  I began to see illusions in it.  I was drawn to the explosive energy that the combination of materials creates.  This was a concept I had not yet explored.  There is also quite a bit of drawing in this collage, which was fun to work out.
