#31 Mourning Cross

Mourning Cross, bordered in black and shrouded in white is about life and death.  It began as a collection of negative space scraps and then a battle to control the yellow of the background.  The circles represent a sort of life journey overlapping and moving through one another.  The color is riotous and yet very much controlled.  There is a sense of mystery and surprise.
